Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Even though Ashley hasn't talked extensively about her parents, she has credited her grandfather for the genesis of her desire to work out as the bodybuilder was popular during his 30s and 20s. Ashley was always active. When she was four, she started to swim and did for a decade. It is true that Ashley didn't adhere to strict dietary habits meant that she was not able to compete in many of the competitions. Even though she gained some acclaim throughout her teenage years predominantly due to her beautiful physique and attractive appearance We don't know if there was anyone around her at this point. Ashley did not decide to go to college after she graduated and instead pursued a modelling career as a fitness model. Inspired by her grandfather, she decided to join the gym, but she took his advice and started off slowly she didn't know she was going to devote the rest of her life to building her physique and slowly becoming a fitness model. Ashley was enthused by her success in 2013, at the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships won seventh place. Motivated by this defeat she continued her training. When she took fifth place in the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley decided to stop competing. As she competed she got offers for photoshoots but she did not want to combine jobs. After quitting after a while, she decided to make the decision to become a model. A cover shot in one of the most popular fitness magazines led her to a profession as a fitness model. She has became a much-requested model. She was a model for a variety of bikini and clothing brand names.
